1. Our commitment
PulseLeads is committed to making PulseLeads.co.uk accessible to the widest practical audience. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. WCAG is an international standard built around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
We also recognise the duty of UK service providers to consider reasonable adjustments for disabled people under the Equality Act 2010 and the corresponding law applicable in Northern Ireland.
2. What you should be able to do
On this website, you should be able to:
- navigate the main content and links using a keyboard;
- see a visible focus indicator when using keyboard controls;
- use a “Skip to main content” link to bypass repeated navigation;
- zoom text and reflow content on smaller screens without needing horizontal scrolling for ordinary page content;
- use meaningful headings, page titles, lists, tables and link text with assistive technology;
- pause the decorative hero animation;
- reduce non-essential movement when your device or browser requests reduced motion; and
- read a text alternative to the spoken explainer below.
AbilityNet publishes practical guidance on adapting computers, phones and tablets to individual needs at My Computer My Way.
3. Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. The known exceptions are explained in the next section.
4. Known limitations and what we are doing
Explainer video captions
The 45-second explainer has spoken audio but does not currently contain synchronised captions. This may not meet WCAG success criterion 1.2.2 (Captions—Prerecorded). The essential information is provided in the written transcript on this page. We plan to add checked, synchronised captions in a future media update.
Audio description
The explainer uses abstract automation visuals that reinforce, rather than add essential information to, the narration. We do not currently provide a separate audio-described version. The transcript describes the complete service message and the surrounding page explains the same process in text.
Third-party content and services
A link may open a website or service that we do not control. Its accessibility may differ from ours. When a third-party tool is needed to provide our service, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative where practical.
5. Technical information
Accessibility depends on this website working with your browser, operating system and assistive technology. The site uses semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and with common screen readers and keyboard controls.
JavaScript is used for the copy-message control and media interactions. The essential service, pricing, legal and contact information remains available as page content. Media includes still-image fallbacks and the design responds to the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
We do not claim compatibility with browsers or assistive technologies that are no longer supported by their vendors. If a specific combination creates a barrier, please tell us what you are using so we can investigate.
6. How we assessed the site
This statement was prepared on 19 August 2026. The website has been assessed through an internal review of structure, keyboard focus, responsive layout, text alternatives, colour use, motion preferences and media alternatives. It has not yet undergone an independent accessibility audit or a complete assistive-technology test programme.
We will review this statement after material design or content changes and at least annually. The next scheduled review is August 2027.
7. 45-second explainer transcript
Every missed call or web enquiry is a potential customer. When your team is busy, PulseLeads responds in under a minute with a helpful message in your business’s voice, then alerts the right person with the details.
We build, connect and test the workflow around your existing setup. Your setup can be live within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Setup starts from one hundred and ninety-nine pounds, with no contract.
That means fewer leads drifting away, faster follow-up for your team, and more conversations turning into paying customers. Press start today and we will confirm the right setup for your business.
8. Feedback, accessible formats and complaints
If you cannot access any part of the website, need information in a different format, or want to report an accessibility problem, email info@pulseleads.co.uk with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page, the problem and, if you are comfortable doing so, the browser or assistive technology involved.
We will acknowledge accessibility feedback as soon as reasonably possible and aim to provide an initial response within five business days. If the requested format or adjustment is not practical, we will discuss another way to provide the information or service.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, please ask us to review it. Information about rights under the Equality Act 2010 is available from GOV.UK. Public-sector accessibility regulations do not generally apply to a private B2B service like PulseLeads, but we use their good-practice statement structure voluntarily.
